The Human Work Experience

24 - 28 SEPT, 2025

Camp Katur, Yorkshire, UK

What to expect?

The Human Work Experience is a 5-day immersive retreat that will challenge you to grow, heal, and find your own sense of belonging. We’re not here to fix you. We’ve created a space that empowers you to lead your own growth journey - through connection, community, and somatic healing. This is a chance to reconnect with yourself and do the real, raw work of becoming more resilient, more regulated, and more fully you. You’ll connect deeply with your emotions. Limiting beliefs will shift and you’ll learn tools to navigate your life more effectively. And you’ll do it all with others, side by side - held in integrity, safety, and compassion. Because growth and healing don’t happen in isolation. And you were never meant to do this alone.

You’ll experience a variety of modalities designed to support your personal growth - shadow work, relational practices, emotional release and integration, physical embodiment, ceremony, breath work, vocal activations, and more. And although we’ll be diving deep, it won’t be heavy all the time. There’ll be space for joy, play, music, and expression. This is your chance to ignite a fire in your life and do the work that makes you more human. Are you ready?
