Here's what's actually happening:

  • Most people walk in nervous and leave wondering why they waited so long to do this work. This workshop meets you where you are - not where you think you should be.

  • You look someone in the eyes for two minutes and feel more seen than you have in years. Something you didn't even know you were missing.

  • The thing you've been carrying quietly - the shame, the pain, the pattern - finally has a way out. And it takes a day, not a year.

  • You leave with people in your life who actually know you. Not the edited version. Not the mask. You.

Here's what five days of transformation feels like

  • Nature Immersion

    You'll wake up to birdsong instead of your alarm. Walk barefoot in the grass. Feel your nervous system remember what it's like to just... be.

    We're spending more time indoors at laptops than ever. Nature is our first teacher. Our retreats are held in beautiful natural places where you can unplug and reconnect with what's real.

  • Somatic Trauma Processing

    The tightness in your chest that's been there for years - you'll feel it move. Shift. Finally leave your body.

    Talking about trauma keeps it in your mind. Processing it moves it through your body. We use The Emotional Alchemy Method™ blending shadow work, somatic constellations and parts work to process trauma where it's actually stored: in your body & nervous system.

  • Psychosomatic Experiences

    Your hips will open and grief will pour out. Your fists will clench and rage will surface. Your body will tell you what your mind has been trying to ignore.

    Your body holds emotion and memory that words can't reach. Through movement, breath, sound and guided group processes, we work directly with what your body is carrying - where body and psyche heal together.

  • Nervous System Training

    That moment when your chest tightens and you want to run? You'll finally understand what's happening - and learn to stay.

    A practical understanding of how trauma, stress and activation show up in the body. Training focuses on creating enough safety and steadiness for difficult experiences to be felt without overwhelm.

  • Emotional Release & Integration

    You'll sob harder than you have in years. Scream into a pillow. Laugh until your belly hurts. All in the same day.

    Emotional expression as a natural human process. Crying, anger, grief, laughter and relief are welcomed as part of how experiences complete and settle - especially when witnessed by others.

  • Relational Practice

    You'll look someone in the eyes and say the thing you've never said out loud. They won't flinch. They'll hold space.

    Direct, structured ways of learning to relate deeply. Attention is placed on contact, boundaries, repair, honesty and responsiveness - not as concepts, but as lived interactions in the room. Get ready to create more meaningful relationships

  • Safe Confrontation

    You'll push against resistance with everything you have. Feel your power. Discover the strength isn't the dangerous part hiding it was.

    Most people avoid confrontation, collapse or get aggressive when it happens. Your body learned that confrontation means danger. We create experiences where you learn to face confrontation - both physically and emotionally - without shutting down or escalating. This builds capacity to stay present when life gets intense.

  • Physical & Vocal Embodiment

    A sound will leave your throat you didn't know was in there. Your body will dance, shake, move - expressing what words never could.

    We use movement and voice to access expression beyond words. The body becomes a vessel for communication, presence and emotional truth - not something to manage or control.

  • Community & Celebration

    You'll dance until you're breathless. Laugh with people who saw you at your lowest that same morning. Feel what it's like to be fully yourself - and fully loved.

    Healing doesn't always have to be so serious. At Human Work, we create moments of playful connection where we celebrate life and create belonging easefully. Learning to feel joy, excitement and happiness is as important as learning to feel sadness, grief and anger.

  • Ceremony

    You'll step into fire ceremony, cacao ceremony, sound healing - and walk out lighter. Like something you've been carrying finally has permission to go.

    Some moments deserve to be marked, not rushed past. We create simple, grounded ceremonial spaces to honor transitions and inner shifts - providing structure for endings, beginnings and the moments that change you.
