What Makes a Great Facilitator?
Most training focuses on methods - the visible tip of the triangle. Frameworks, steps, tools. Useful for learning quickly. But they rarely go deep enough.
At Human Work, we train facilitators through three layers that create depth, safety and mastery:

You'll be certified in our five-stage framework for guiding deep, embodied trauma processes with safety, precision and humanity.

In-Person Intensives:
The depth happens in person. Across three experiences, you'll be initiated into capacity, trained in advanced skills, and supported to bring this work into the world with integrity.
All intensives include luxury accommodation and nourishing food prepared by Chris "Conscious" Cook.

Intensive I: Initiation ~ 28 Sept - 5 Oct 2026 | Cabilla, Cornwall
A rite of passage into depth.
Set deep in ancient woodland and one of the UK's last remaining temperate rainforests, Cabilla offers a rare container for initiation. 7 days in a luxury estate where you'll do your own deep trauma work to expand your capacity and access new levels of depth.
You'll work through your own pain - the edges you've been avoiding - while learning how transformation actually happens. Through debriefs and process breakdowns, you'll understand what's moving beneath the surface and how group alchemy is created.

Intensive II: Upgrade ~ 5-12 Dec 2026 | S'ermita, Ibiza
Where skill becomes embodied.
7 days at a luxury retreat center in the Ibiza hills. You'll co-facilitate the retreat alongside our team - running live trauma processes, getting hundreds of reps, building skills through intensive daily practice.
This is where you get pressure-tested. Your leadership will be challenged, your facilitation will be refined, and everything you're learning will be put to work.

Intensive III: Graduation ~ 24-25 April 2027 | Near London (Non-Residential)
Stepping into real-world leadership.
2 days focused on integration, business building, and next steps. You'll practice more, finalize your certification, learn to build a sustainable business, and plan how to take this work into the world.
And of course, a big celebration.
